Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience within a similar role, with expertise in Visa/immigration processes and excellent administrative skills.



About the Role:


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new starter and leaver administration, liaising with the finance team on payroll matters, and supporting exit interviews to identify trends and report findings to senior management.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage new starter and leaver administration effectively.
  • Liaise closely with the finance team to resolve payroll-related issues and conduct necessary checks.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for exit interviews, analyzing data to identify trends and reporting findings to senior management.


Requirements:


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:



  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Visa/immigration processes, ideally at Level 1 user level.
  • A valid Full UK Driving License, as travel may be required.


What We Offer:


In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 to £43,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while being part of a dynamic team.
