Talent Development Manager

A talented Talent Development Manager is sought by Kameo Recruitment Ltd to partner with a leading global event services company. In this critical role, you will be the primary HR contact for employees and line managers, offering guidance and support on a wide range of people management practices.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will help develop and implement HR initiatives and systems that align with the company's values and goals. The position requires frequent travel within the UK, mainly to Swindon and Wimbledon areas, with some occasional trips to Europe. A full driving license and valid passport are required.

Your key duties as the Talent Development Manager will include:
- Providing coaching and advice to management and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including absence management, investigations, discipline, grievance, capability, and compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Supporting line managers with effective management and resolution of disciplinary or grievance matters.
- Managing the new starter administration process, including onboarding.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
