Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring all guests receive prompt service and guidance
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, managing schedules, and coordinating with various departments
  • Show a commitment to maintaining safety and security
  • Display a keen understanding of hotel operations and a proactive mindset in identifying areas for improvement
  • Be adaptable and quick-thinking, effectively managing unexpected situations and emergencies
