Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Lillie Langtry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coach your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision for the front of house area
  • Ensure that standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests
