Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team in Central London. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a busy and friendly team, helping them to achieve a 5* service and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of receptionists on the client floor
  • Motivate and lead your team where appropriate
  • Responsible for the meeting room booking system, and booking events and conferences
  • Responsible for the health and safety of the reception area and the front of house
  • Assistance with administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing in a corporate environment
  • Experience in managing a front of house team on a daily basis
  • Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve an excellent service
  • Immaculate personal presentation with a genuine smile
  • Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs
  • Confident, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service
