Account Management Team Lead

We're on a mission to empower businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. As a strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly driven Account Manager, Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing and growing long-term relationships with our Enterprise merchants.
As the first point of contact for our merchants post-integration, you'll provide valuable business insights and act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand. You'll become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our merchants, helping them achieve their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Junior Account Managers, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and performance.
- Deliver expertise and education to direct team members as they craft merchant-specific account development plans, focusing on revenue generation.
- Analyze merchant performance and provide recommendations to improve payment flow and revenue.
- Understand the intricacies of our products, services, and partner networks to leverage them as needed to meet our merchants' needs.
- Collaborate with various teams across the company to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
- Drive a culture of cross-team learning and improve communication and knowledge sharing, acting as a point of escalation for your team to remove roadblocks and reduce complexity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry.
- 2+ years' experience managing multiple direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills.
- Good knowledge of today's major e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and major future trends.
- A customer-centric approach with robust relationship-building skills.
- A multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple departments and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
