Job Title: Green Impact Director

We are seeking an experienced Green Impact Director to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives and promoting environmentally friendly practices within our manufacturing process.

About the Job:

As a Green Impact Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with industry standards. You will lead efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and promote eco-friendly practices throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with industry standards
  2. Lead efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and promote eco-friendly practices throughout the organisation
  3. Conduct stakeholder analysis and reviews to identify key areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable initiatives
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability goals and targets to senior management
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability
  7. Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and ensure compliance throughout the organisation
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organisations to promote sustainable solutions
  9. Produce reports and data analysis to demonstrate our sustainability efforts and impact

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
  2. Strong understanding of environmental and social standards and regulations
  3. Excellent project management and leadership skills
  4. Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and reviews
  5. Knowledge of sustainability reporting and data analysis
  6. Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Highly organised and detail-oriented
  9. Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
