Direct Debit Collection Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise division on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are seeking a skilled Direct Debit Collection Specialist to join our Lettings Client Accounts Team at our offices in Chorley.
As a Direct Debit Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and collecting Direct Debits for rental payments from tenants.
Your main accountabilities will include:
- Investigating any anomalies on the collection.
- Creating reports informing Credit Control of unsuccessful Direct Debit collections.
- Processing rent increases or decreases.
- Answering queries from internal and external sources via email, tasks, or telephone.
- Housekeeping of Reapit system & Direct Debit system.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, good numeracy skills, and previous administration experience.
You must be a confident communicator and be comfortable with telephone work and speaking to clients daily.
Full training will be provided.
