About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN College Tutor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a SEN College Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality curriculum plans, supporting students with complex needs, and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized schemes of work to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Act as a personal tutor to a small group of students, supporting them to achieve EHCP outcomes related to independent living skills and personal resilience
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver care and education with therapeutic approaches
Requirements
  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience in coordinating or delivering post-16 PSHE
  • Ability to interact with people in a variety of ways and manage complex behaviors
