Financial Planning Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at a boutique Wealth Management firm near Reigate. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and paraplanners to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and process pre-sale and post-sale administration, ensuring cases are progressed through the pipeline efficiently.
- Prepare and gather information for client meetings, including LOAs and policy information checklists.
- Conduct basic research using financial databases and tools, such as FE, Defaqto, and Cashcalc.
- Assist with new business and review case administration, including submission of applications to providers.
- Prepare and maintain client files, adhering to compliance standards.
- Support specialist paraplanners with investment strategy administration as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months - 2 years' experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment.
- GCSE English & Math's (C or above).
- Understanding of the financial planning process.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Analytical and ability to interpret data.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
