Specialist Recruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Management firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process pre-sale and post-sale administration, ensuring seamless case progression through the pipeline.
- Prepare and gather information for client meetings, including LOAs and policy information checklists.
- Conduct basic research using FE, Defaqto, and Cashcalc to support financial planning decisions.
- Assist with new business and review case administration, including submission of applications to providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-24 months' experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment.
- GCSE English & Math's (C or above).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Analytical and ability to interpret data.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
