About Our Client

Page Personnel Sales is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Reigate.

Job Description
  1. Leadership and Team Management

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to financial analysts, accountants, and other finance professionals.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Financial Policy and Control

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Performance Monitoring

Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Annual Budgeting and Planning

Coordinate and support the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.

Cash Flow and Working Capital Management

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimise financial resources and support business operations and growth initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance

Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and implement necessary changes and updates to financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  6. Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
