Job OverviewThe successful candidate will provide financial planning support to advisers, paraplanners, and the practice, ensuring clients receive high-quality financial advice. Key responsibilities include preparing for client meetings, managing pre-sale and post-sale administration, and processing cases through the pipeline efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Complete pre-sale administration, adding client information to the intelligent office database and creating/updating Wealth Reports.
- Prepare and gather information, such as LOAs and policy information checklists.
- Conduct meeting prep and present to advisers for client meetings.
- Write basic reports, including Fund Switches, Reviews, and New Money.
- Conduct basic research using FE, Defaqto, Cashcalc, and other tools.
- Administer New Business and Review Cases, submitting applications to providers and ensuring cases are in force as soon as possible.
- Prepare and maintain client files, adhering to meeting compliance standards.
- Assist the specialist paraplanner with investment strategy administration as needed.
- Support general administration duties when colleagues are absent.
- Minimum 12-24 months' experience in a Financial Planning Advisers environment.
- GCSE English & Math's (C or above).
- Understanding of the financial planning process.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
