We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Merchandise Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hawes & Curtis. As a key member of our merchandising function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective control of our merchandise operations to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the merchandising team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure accurate inventory levels, making informed decisions on allocations to meet customer demand.
  • Stock Management: Regularly monitor key line availability, making adjustments to ensure stock is where it's needed, and deliveries are received on time.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Review sales forecasts, analyzing performance data to make recommendations for future growth.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Run reports from data systems, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with the buying and design teams, supplying them with necessary data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Store and Website Reviews: Conduct regular store visits and website reviews, nurturing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
