Key Responsibilities:

• Generate precise delivery forecasts and summaries to support business decision-making

• Prioritize deliveries and workload to align with business strategy and ensure timely stock deliveries

• Collaborate with Trade and Transport to ensure adherence to shipping terms and customs requirements

• Analyze returns and implement actions to minimize them

• Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, and stock swaps with suppliers

• Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and numeric abilities

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Experience working in diverse teams and building relationships

• High level of accuracy and organizational skills
