We are looking for a Support Professional to join our team at Precedo Healthcare Services. As a Support Professional, you will be working with people who require daily support in the community. You will be committed to enabling Service Users to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support people using a person centred approach
  • Build professional relationships with Service Users, their families and other professionals
  • Use communication and language that is meaningful to the individual person
  • Provide feedback to others and be an advocate to the individual you are supporting
  • Have an holistic approach to the individual you are supporting
  • To encourage and guide individuals to access a variety of opportunities
