About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Rochcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and work in accordance with individual care plans, providing personal care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Interact with residents' friends and family, attending review meetings and representing Rochcare professionally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families through effective communication and empathy.
  • Complete all necessary records and routines accurately, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) A-C in English and Maths
  • A social care qualification such as Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
  • Good English, numeracy, and writing skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
