  • Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing quarterly audits and reports

We are looking for someone with a passion for the care sector and a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services. You will have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
