As a Helpdesk Team Lead at Resourcing Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience working in an Operations Centre of a Building Maintenance Contract, with knowledge of National Housing Schedule of Rates and GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.

Your responsibilities will include managing the team, training, coaching and developing Administrators, and assisting with improvement projects to enhance service delivery. You will also be required to ensure accurate recording of information onto clients' job management systems and issuing the right job information to Tradesmen.
