LRN Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead a team of client success managers in the European / Latin American regions.

About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading a team of client success managers, ensuring successful performance, supporting relationships, and delivering value across our existing customer base. You will work closely with our Delivery team, Project Managers, and other teams to ensure successful adoption and use of our solution set.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the CSM team to develop customer relations, renew accounts, and deliver growth revenue.
- Ensure team members effectively analyze client health metrics, product usage, and recommend optimization and improvements as appropriate.
- Monitor individual account work streams and projects.
- Oversee all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments, forecasting, statement of work, pricing, and service credits.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Execute performance improvement programs to upskill new and existing employees in the CSM team.
- Minimum of five years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of retaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Exceptional team leadership, development, and management abilities, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and discipline to complex situations and environments.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a working knowledge of technology and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
- A high degree of ethics and integrity, with a desire to help organizations do the right thing and pursue our mission of inspiring principled performance.
