L'Altus Group recherche un Renewals Sales Executive pour rejoindre son équipe de Succès client à Manchester. Vous serez chargé de fournir un service professionnel et efficace, en soutenant les clients commerciaux tout au long de la phase de renouvellement de contrat. Vous collecterez des informations, vous assurant que nous disposons d'une connaissance complète du client et de ses biens, permettant à l'Altus de livrer de bons résultats et de maximiser les économies et les revenus du client pendant la durée de leur contrat. Vous développerez et maintiendrez des relations de confiance et gèrerez les attentes des clients.

Responsabilités clés
- Engagement client : Gérez proactivement une campagne de clients commerciaux et de résultats de renouvellement dans des comptes définis. Agissez en conseiller de confiance tout au long du cycle de vie du renouvellement de contrat. Collectez les informations essentielles et les documents nécessaires auprès des clients commerciaux de petite à moyenne taille pour permettre à l'Altus Group de maximiser les opportunités d'économies des clients.
- Gestion des attentes : Communiquez clairement les processus et les délais aux clients, vous assurant de la transparence et de la compréhension.
- Construire des relations : Bâtissez des relations de confiance avec les clients pour identifier les opportunités de renouvellement de nos contrats actuels et de cross-selling d'autres services du Groupe Altus, si nécessaire.
- Précision des données : Gardez les dossiers clients à jour et précis, reflétant toute modification correctement.
- Identification d'opportunités : Cherchez des opportunités de renouvellement et de référencement pour d'autres services du Groupe Altus pour vous assurer que toutes les voies d'économies du client sont explorées.
Qualifications clés
- Attitude positive : Vous êtes engageant, assertif et apportez une énergie positive à votre rôle.
- Client focalisé : Avec au moins 12 mois d'expérience en service client téléphonique, vous comprenez l'importance d'un excellent service client.
- Expérience : Vous avez idéalement une expérience précédente dans un rôle de renouvellement ou de retentions téléphoniques, avec une expérience de cross-selling et d'up-selling.
- Construire des relations : Votre capacité à engager la conversation et à gagner la confiance est sans égal.
- Objectif : Vous êtes motivé par la fourniture d'un service exceptionnel et la réalisation de cibles.
- Communicateur exceptionnel : Vous avez un ton téléphonique exceptionnel et pouvez composer des emails et des rapports professionnels.
- Tech-savvy : Vous êtes à l'aise avec MS Office et vous apprenez rapidement de nouvelles outils.
