We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Rivendale Lodge Retreat in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a 40-hour schedule across 5 various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take food and drink orders and serve customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
  • Be responsible for accurate and efficient stock rotation.
  • Manage cash handling and use the EPOS system accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive are required for this role.
