Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take food and drink orders and serve guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables within the restaurant.
  • Be responsible for accurate and efficient stock rotation.
  • Manage accurate cash handling using our EPOS system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
  • Assist with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for this role.
