We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes.

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a 40-hour schedule across 5 varied days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

**Job Responsibilities**

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our guests.
  • Taking food and drink orders and serving beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient stock rotation and managing cash handling using our EPOS system.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
  • Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Similar previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive, as this will be required for travel to and from the resort.
