Job Description:

At Lmp Group, we are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality training and assessment in the education sector.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, remote working options, and a £150 referral scheme.

The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification (PTTLs or above) and experience of internal quality assurance. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners, ensuring they meet the criteria for achievement of the chosen qualification.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes.
  • Implement improvements identified as a result of performance reviews and internal quality assurance.
