Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our Maida Vale kitchen. As the General Manager's right-hand person, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring food consistency, and supporting the training and recruitment of our team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant General Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring, and training the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Spearheading the implementation of operational processes and procedures to drive sales and food consistency.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
As an Assistant General Manager at Bleecker Burger, you can expect a range of benefits, including:

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this position.
