North Tyneside Council is seeking an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our team, working 3 x 12 hour shifts from Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges.

As an AMHP, you will work closely with social work teams and external partners to coordinate care and support for individuals. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with relevant mental health legislation and organisational policies, collaborating with other health and social care professionals to deliver high-quality care, and providing guidance in crisis situations.

Salary Information:

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is in addition to our range of benefits, which include enhanced DBS disclosure, pension scheme, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
