JOB TITLE: Mental Health Solicitor
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: up to c£45,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal Mental Health Solicitor will need to have at least 3 years’ PQE and have gained their Mental Health Accreditation. Knowledge of the MCA 2005 as well as MHA 1983 is essential. The appointed Solicitor will need to be flexible on their approach to theirworking environment. They will also need to be honest and empathetic while remaining enthusiastic when it comes to embracing new and unfamiliar situations.
