About the Job

As a Patient Pathway Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating patient journeys, ensuring timely and efficient management of patient referrals, and maintaining accurate records.

Your expertise in data protection and confidentiality, combined with your ability to follow policies and procedures, will enable you to make a significant contribution to our team. We offer a competitive salary range of £23,500 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
