We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Adult Healthcare Assistants at the East Midlands Planned Care Centre (EMPCC) in Leicester. The EMPCC is a new facility designed to reduce long waits for treatment, providing a unique opportunity to transform how we deliver planned care services across the region.

As an Adult Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patient conditions, working effectively as part of a team, and promoting interdisciplinary relationships.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Our main priority is to find individuals with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes that match our own, which are underpinned by our new values: compassion, pride, inclusivity, and being one team.

Our salary package includes an estimated annual salary of £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
