Job Title: Full-Time Counter Manager

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead your team to maximise sales opportunities and ensure exceptional customer service and shopping experience.
  • Manage Brow and Beauty Experts, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets through effective delegation, connections with customers, product demonstrations, services, and repeat appointments.
  • Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.
  • Maintain open communication between store/department managers and area managers, as well as ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene on the counter.
Requirements

This role may require working weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
