About the Role: Manufacturing Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Supervisor to join our team at Orion Electrotech Ltd. As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and motivating production operatives, performance management, and staff development. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising production teams to achieve high-quality products
  • Implementing process improvements and maintaining accurate records
  • Reporting to senior management and contributing to team meetings
The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Required skills include experience in managing a team of assembly technicians, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, bore grinding, and milling, as well as strong communication skills and lean Six Sigma qualifications.
