About the Role

We are seeking an experienced adult social care professional to lead our Adult Community Services team. As Head of Adult Community Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our adult front door and services that enable independence.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change. You will work closely with the Operational Director Adult Care and Support to ensure our services fully leverage new ways of working and strength-based practice.

Key responsibilities include reviewing pathways into social care, optimising reablement, and integrating new technologies. You will also be responsible for leading a motivated and stable workforce to deliver high-quality services to our residents.

  • Registered with Social Work England or HCPC
  • Enhanced DBS check
