Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Care Trainer to join our team at Motability Operations Limited. As an EV Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions for our Sales Specialists and Customer Services employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training with confidence and energy, striking a balance between a warm, nurturing style and keeping training sessions on track.
  • Work independently while being comfortable asking for support when needed.
  • Follow training materials/schedules to ensure consistency and learning outcomes.
  • Pursue continuous personal and professional development, seeking feedback to improve and staying up-to-date with external technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering engaging and effective training in face-to-face classrooms or virtual environments.
  • Familiarity with various training theories, methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to follow predefined training timetables, schedules, and content.
  • Experience in managing and building stakeholder/learner relationships.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
  • A professional qualification in facilitation or training delivery (e.g. TAP Certification in training delivery / CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development).
  • Experience using a LMS/LXP platform to manage and track learner attendance, progress, and performance.
  • A full UK Driving licence.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
