Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Training Facilitator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Clinical Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for clinicians, developing clinical skills and knowledge, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for clinicians, including simulation-based education
  • Develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and research
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced clinician with a strong educational background and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification and experience in acute medicine/surgery/AE/CCU or ICU. A good understanding of human factors and patient safety within healthcare is also essential.
