Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Scheduler to join our team at Switch2 Energy Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and scheduling appointments for our field engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule appointments for field engineers to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Accurately track and manage time sheets, invoices, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of field operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer-centric role.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with excellent organizational skills.
