We are looking for a skilled People Operations Leader to join our vibrant team at Vishay Precision Group. In this crucial position, you will manage all HR activities, from talent acquisition and employee relations to administrative oversight and team engagement.

Your Role:

  • Lead all HR administrative tasks, including employment agreements, promotions, and modifications to employment terms.
  • Oversee the HeaRt HRIS system for employees, ensuring precise and current information management.
  • Establish and maintain detailed HR documentation, ensuring all records are systematically organized and easily accessible.
  • Track and manage employee absence and leave records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly HR reports, offering insights and data to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including candidate management, agency coordination, and conducting interviews.
  • Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes, including interviews, equipment arrangements, and regular communication with employees.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Design and implement human resources initiatives.
  • Administer corporate policies related to continuous improvement, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
  • Enhance employee engagement by organizing events aimed at boosting motivation and morale.
  • Maintain relationships with external service providers, such as legal advisors and payroll services, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 5 (part or fully qualified) and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR setting.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
