Job Title: Adult Mental Health Practitioner

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

Salary: £39,205 - £47,084 per annum (inclusive of HCAS)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an experienced registered nurse or therapist, you will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Two years post-qualification experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
