Reed Accountancy is assisting an established and expanding team in Ipswich with the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Senior.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers hybrid working arrangements and attractive benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment, gaining authorisation of invoices in a timely manner, and reconciling supplier statements.

They will also be responsible for managing key suppliers in the best interest of the group, providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers, and assisting the Accounts payable assistants with any complex accounts.

About the role:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior Accounts Payable experience desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic Excel skills.
