Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Liaison to join our team at JH Partners (EMEA) Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our CTO/Co-founder in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Liaison: Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, including the Technology Team, Business Development Team, Legal, and external partners such as crypto exchanges, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Coordination: Assist the CTO in coordinating with the Technology Team on software development, projects, and matters impacting business activities, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Business Support: Provide comprehensive business support to the CTO, covering areas such as business development, administrative tasks, and coordination, to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in current workflows and controls, as well as in planned initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Special Projects: Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CTO, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Positive attitude with a strong can-do approach and the ability to work independently, proactive, organized, and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong cultural awareness and familiarity with UK working practices is advantageous.
