Job Title: Support Worker - Adult Care

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Support Workers to deliver high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as mealtimes and household chores
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
