About the Role

Tarmac Trading is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Leadership Expert to join its Southwest leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive EBITDA margin growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver and exceed key performance targets (Revenue, Pricing, Market Share, Safety) through effective leadership and execution.
  2. Develop and implement short and long-term strategies aligned with Tarmac and CRH values and goals.
  3. Create a diverse, inclusive culture and develop talent pipelines.

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £100,000 - £140,000 per annum.
