Job Title: Administrative Coordinator for Private Client Department

Birchrose Associates, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator for their Private Client Department. This full-time position requires a professional who can provide exceptional support to the team and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

* Managing diaries and schedules
* Arranging meetings and appointments
* Booking conference rooms and coordinating logistics
* Handling administrative tasks, such as photocopying and printing
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Supporting lawyers in marketing activities and events
* Responding to internal and external phone calls and emails
* Updating client information and records
* Preparing and sending correspondence and reports
* Assisting with billing and credit control processes

Requirements:

An ideal candidate should have experience working in a law firm, preferably within a Private Client team. A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum includes an excellent benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for career growth.
