Job Title: Senior Quality Manager

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team at Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and be able to lead the development of our global Quality Management System.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement the company's Quality Strategy, including governance of the Quality function in line with business needs and directives.
  • Manage the Global Quality Management System and coordinate the continuous improvement of our business processes.
  • Maintain and secure required certifications in all units within the GPG scope.
  • Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
About You:
  • You hold a master's degree in software engineering or a similar analytical field.
  • Prior experience managing a global Quality Management System and leading a software organization through a global certification process.
  • Certification in related disciplines such as Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, quality auditing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
