Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of suppliers and their products meet our project requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee supplier quality assurance, risk mitigation, and process improvements to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster productive relationships and drive project success.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence at supplier locations, supporting activities such as trials and production builds.
- Conduct Supplier/Part Risk Assessments and develop mitigation strategies as required.
- Provide progress updates to Purchasing and SQA Program teams, including reports on open issues, part quality (PPAP) status, and delivery forecasts.
Salary: £300-£395 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance specialist who can work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PPAP, 8D Problem Solving, Supplier Quality Engineering, and Capacity Verification.
- Strong background in the automotive sector, especially in quality assurance and supplier management.
- Experience in extrusion and rubber manufacturing is highly desirable.
