About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and PR Manager to lead our external communications efforts at Redgate. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the external communications strategy, including media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  • Manage and coordinate with PR agencies to ensure effective communication and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop key messages and stories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in external communications, with a strong track record of success in media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
