Overview

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.
  • Developing and implementing custom solutions in Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and Apex code.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define solutions and gather data to support assessments and recommendations.
  • Identifying Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that address requirements.
  • Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistent processes.
  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce settings, including security, user permissions, data sharing, and automation.
  • Creating user-friendly and visually appealing applications and interfaces using Salesforce Lightning.
  • Addressing technical issues and troubleshooting problems in the Salesforce environment.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, customisations, and code changes.
  • Contributing to improve the overall development processes and methodologies followed by the Development team.
  • Staying current on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience implementing Salesforce industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce System owner responsibilities, including validation, documentation, and end user training.
  • Skills in maintenance and administration of existing Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to develop in-depth understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Experience, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pardot.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Process Builder, and Flow.
  • Strong interdepartmental and cross-functional work skills to ensure delivery of business and project targets.
