About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at Mariposa & Papillon Care. As a Senior Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they live happy, healthy, and quality lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Lead and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
  • Experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support, with a commitment to resident-centered care.
