About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at Mariposa & Papillon Care. As a Senior Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, providing support and guidance to our care team, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Support and supervise care team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
  • Experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
