Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at The Grove Lodge & Courtyard. As a Senior Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care and support to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure that every individual receives the highest quality of care possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional standards of care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that every resident receives tailored support.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of new care initiatives and programs, ensuring that our services remain innovative and responsive to the needs of our residents.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
  • Experience of working in adult care, with a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional standards of care and support, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
